Solutions Granted, Inc. is proud to offer SonicWall management solutions.  Our powerful SonicWall Global Management System (SGMS) is an intuitive web-based interface from which you will be able to deploy, monitor, and manage all of your SonicWall appliances.  From security policy configurations to remote updates, this centralized system makes managing your SonicWall appliances easy.  We at Solutions Granted, Inc.  are also happy to offer our assistance with your SonicWall appliances.  Our three levels of service will allow you to choose from independent monitoring to complete SonicWall management.

Level 1 Description

This service is designed to provide the customer with a status-only monitoring solution using the SonicWALL Global Management System (SGMS).

Onboarding Process

  • Work with technical resource to add unit to Hosted GMS infrastructure

Offering

Monitoring

  • 24×7 access to Centralized Management and Monitoring via web portal
  • Event Notifications
    1. Up/Down Status on 3 missed heartbeats (heartbeat = 60 seconds)
    2. WAN connection status
    3. Hardware Failover
    4. Local firewall change
  • Off-site firewall configuration backups every 7 days, 5 versions maintained

Additional Services (available M-F 8:00 to 18:00 EST, at T&M Rate: Hourly)

  • Troubleshooting as a result of any unauthorized change(s) made by end-client, service provider, or external vendor/ IT service provider
  • 60-minute SLA is not in effect for Additional Services

Level 2 Description

This service is designed to provide the customer with a monitoring and reporting solution using the SonicWALL Global Management System (SGMS).

  • Set up report branding and automated report delivery
