Dell’s powerful suite provides the configuration you need along with informative firewall reporting at various intervals.

This service is designed to provide the customer with a status-only monitoring solution using the Dell SonicWALL Global Management System (SGMS).

Onboarding Process

  • Work with technical resource to add unit to Hosted GMS infrastructure

Offering

Monitoring

  • 24×7 access to Centralized Management and Monitoring via web portal
  • Event Notifications
    1. Up/Down Status on 3 missed heartbeats (heartbeat = 60 seconds)
    2. WAN connection status
    3. Hardware Failover
    4. Local firewall change
  • Off-site firewall configuration backups every 7 days, 5 versions maintained

Additional Services (available at T&M Rate: Hourly)

  • Troubleshooting as a result of any unauthorized change(s) made by end-client, service provider, or external vendor/ IT service provider
  • 60-minute SLA is not in effect for Additional Services

Level 2 Description

This service is designed to provide the customer with a monitoring and reporting solution using the Dell SonicWALL Global Management System (SGMS).
